The ARCTIC’s final ownership change occurred on January 4, 1904, when it was purchased by The Rathbun Co. of Deseronto, Ontario. However, the vessel’s active years came to an end in 1915 when it was abandoned and subsequently broken up in Deseronto, Ontario, located in the Bay of Quinte on Lake Ontario.
