The Navarch, a yacht with a history dating back to 1889, was built in Boston, Massachusetts. This elegant vessel featured a wooden hull and was propelled by a screw propulsion system. Its compact dimensions included a length of 51.8 feet, a beam of 10.7 feet, and a depth of 5.4 feet. The Navarch had a gross tonnage of 17 tons and a net tonnage of 10 tons.

In 1900, the yacht was registered in Boston, Massachusetts, and later enrolled in Port Huron, Michigan, on December 12 of the same year. However, on May 31, 1901, it was sold to a Canadian owner in Windsor, Ontario. The Navarch embarked on a new chapter under Canadian ownership.

Sadly, the Navarch met a tragic fate on October 4, 1922. It was engulfed in flames and burned near Charlton, Ontario. This unfortunate event marked the end of the Navarch’s journey, leaving behind only memories of its once majestic presence on the water.
