Located at the Northwest Corner of Grindstone Island (44°17’52.56″N, 76° 5’42.15″W) these barges were used in the construction of the Saint Lawrence Seaway and subsequently served the surrounding area on various construction projects. Abandoned in the small bar there are two platform barges and one landing craft that are all partially sunk.
More information is needed to document these wrecks.
