Dive Summary:
The Ruth B., a tug that struck the Peace Bridge in 1986, lies partially submerged and decaying on the riverbed. Though difficult to hover near due to current, divers can drift past the wreck and observe portions of the tug’s side. Great for intermediate to advanced divers with drift experience. The location is sensitive due to proximity to international waters and infrastructure—divers must carry proper surface markers and ensure they don’t drift into restricted areas.
