Max Depth: Varies; ~20–25 ft (6–7.5 m)
Current: Moderate to strong
Visibility: 10–25 ft (3–7.6 m), dependent on flow

Dive Summary:
Easier access and more frequented than the West River drift, this dive offers shoreline entry along multiple parks and access points on the east side of Grand Island. The current offers a comfortable drift over beds of scattered industrial and domestic debris. Divers often recover old bottles, tools, and artifacts—some possibly dating to Prohibition. Current requires good control; not suitable for inexperienced divers unless accompanied. Use of a dive float and flag is required by law.
