Located at LAT 42-57-31N, LONG 78-55-50.4W, this wreck has intrigued many, but our hydrographic survey (H9841/79) yielded negative results during an echo sounder search. The irregular bottom and overgrown grass made wire drag impractical.
Even local boaters and divers had no knowledge of the wreck, adding to its enigmatic allure. Yet, this very intrigue has led us to retain the wreck’s designation as ED (existing datum).
In our ongoing quest to uncover the secrets of Lake Ontario’s underwater world, we brought this wreck forward to the present survey from LS1777. The hidden tales of this submerged relic are waiting to be unveiled.
