The propeller CHARLES A. STREET was a vessel with U.S. registration number 126485. It was built in 1888 and had a gross tonnage of 512 tons. On July 20, 1908, the vessel caught fire and burned at Port Sanilac, Lake Huron, resulting in a total loss. Fortunately, all thirteen persons on board were able to escape safely, and there were no lives lost in the incident. This information was reported in the fiscal year 1909 report of U.S. vessel losses.
